1. JKSSB Home Department Recruitment 2025 – 61 Posts
Through Advertisement No. 06 of 2025, a total of 61 vacancies have been released under the Home Department.
- Assistant Scientific Officer (Crime Scene) – 23 Posts
- Assistant Scientific Officer (Documents) – 2 Posts
- Assistant Superintendent Jail – 2 Posts
- Laboratory Attendant – 32 Posts
- Computer Assistant – 1 Post
Application Dates: From 4 August 2025 to 2 September 2025.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years for General category, 43 years for reserved categories.
Salary: Some posts offer up to ₹1.13 lakh per month.
Selection Process: Written/OMR based examination will be conducted, while Assistant Superintendent Jail posts also require a physical test.
2. JKSSB Junior Engineer Recruitment 2025 – 508 Posts
A total of 508 vacancies for Junior Engineer (Civil) have been announced across PWR&B and Jal Shakti departments. Applications were accepted between 5 May and 3 June 2025.
Exam Status: The exam was initially scheduled for August 2025 but has been postponed due to heavy rains. The revised dates are yet to be announced by JKSSB.
