Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Office Assistant & Officer Scale-I: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Officer Scale-II (Specialist): Degree in relevant field (IT, Law, Agriculture, etc.) with experience.
  • Officer Scale-III: Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks and 5 years experience.

Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025)

  • Office Assistant: 18 – 28 years
  • Officer Scale-I: 18 – 30 years
  • Officer Scale-II: 21 – 32 years
  • Officer Scale-III: 21 – 40 years

Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.

Selection Process

  • Office Assistant: Prelims + Mains
  • Officer Scale-I: Prelims + Mains + Interview
  • Officer Scale-II & III: Single Exam + Interview

Exam Pattern

Preliminary Exam (Office Assistant & Officer Scale-I)

  • Reasoning – 40 Questions, 40 Marks
  • Quantitative Aptitude – 40 Questions, 40 Marks
  • Duration: 45 minutes

Mains Exam (Office Assistant & Officer Scale-I)

  • Reasoning – 40 Marks
  • General Awareness – 40 Marks
  • Quantitative Aptitude – 40 Marks
  • English/Hindi Language – 40 Marks
  • Computer Knowledge – 40 Marks
  • Total: 200 Marks | Duration: 2 Hours

Syllabus

  • Reasoning: Puzzles, Coding-Decoding, Blood Relation, Inequality
  • Quantitative Aptitude: Simplification, Data Interpretation, Arithmetic
  • General Awareness: Banking Awareness, Current Affairs, Static GK
  • English/Hindi: Grammar, Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary
  • Computer Knowledge: Basics of Computer, MS Office, Internet

Expected Cutoff 2025

The cutoff varies each year depending on difficulty level & number of candidates. The expected cutoff for 2025 is:

  • Office Assistant (Prelims): 70–75
  • Officer Scale-I (Prelims): 68–73
  • Mains Exam: 120–130 (varies by state)
